What is the minimum age requirement for car hire in the UAE?

The lawful age limit for hiring a vehicle is 21 or above.

Do you accept international licenses?

Of course, we accept an internationally-issued license. It is a must to possess a driving license to hire a luxury vehicle from our car rental in UAE.

How to book a rental car?

We have an easy booking process. You just need to choose the desired vehicle and fill in the form with your details on the website. For booking confirmation, our team member will get in touch with you.

Do you offer long-term rental plans?

Yes, we offer weekly as well as monthly rental options for interested customers. You can select the appropriate option according to your needs.

What is a Salik Charge?

Whenever an automobile passes through the toll collection gate, the automatic system deducts a Salik fee. All of our vehicles have these tags, and customers are required to pay AED 5/- when they cross the gate.

Is anyone else other than me allowed to drive the rental vehicle?

It is suggested that only registered clients are allowed to drive the rental vehicle.

These guys were great. Their prices are very fair in comparison to other places. I’ve tried at least 20 different car hire places in the past year and these guys definitely stood out. I hired the Urus, dropped off the car with perfect timing, everything was seamless and great. Car was extremely clean and drove amazing. A lot of other hire places will give you run down cars, not these guys. Pick up and drop off was very professional and quick. Communication on WhatsApp was very easy - matter of minutes from first point of contact to confirmation. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Have hired a car a couple times in Dubai but can definitely say this was the best experience. Luke on WhatsApp was prompt in communication and answered all queries. Hired the dodge charger and car was delivered and picked up on time without a single issue by Albert who was friendly, genuine and a pleasure to talk to. Deposit policies are transparent and any refunds needed are done promptly which speaks volumes about HOL's service levels. Will reccomend and use again.
